Rankings with ITF Events.

I was just wondering if someone could explain to me the way that ITF events are added to the rankings. I know that 10K's are not added right away, but I don't know when they are and anything about how the others are. Are 75K added right away?

25 and 10K`s with two weeks delay.

but i am not completely sure about that.
