Obviously, at some point, there will be someone who will come along with a game that will challenge Roger much better, hopefully in 2005, but at this point, figuring out who seems like an interesting challenge doesn't it?

I must say, i think Andre Agassi has a pretty good chance of beating him. Did you see his performance at the us open against fed? It really came down to whoever broke whose serve first, and roger was the lucky one. Nobody else that faced federer in the US Open really gave him as much a scare as Agassi did.

That is true but if I am not mistaken, the wind was a big factor in that game no? And I would think suck a factor would help put two players at the same level? I might be wrong and I'm certainly not saying that Andre isn't one of the top (if not the most) capable players against Roger..

thats a good point, the wind did seem to affect federer, and agassi.

Hopefully we'll see them play in the End-Of-Year championships, #1 ranking will not be on the line but still it would be good to see them meet there, the final is a best of 5 sets i guess?

Yeah, it would be good. A lot of the players really want to be the one to beat Roger, and whoever plays him will put everything they have into the match. I hope Agassi is the one to do it!
