Orange Bowl Tournament Florida?

One of our junior players(Sophie Proctor) from my tennis club is taking part in this tournament in dec!
Could anyone tell me what the event is and how good the players competing are?

I think it's one of the stronger junior tournaments in the world, if I'm not mistaken it's divided in 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18 years old. What age is she?

Sound like she will have some tough oposition she,l like that!
She is always up for a chalenge.

She is very nice and has a lovely peronality :)
she is very mature for her age and when you talk to her you forget she is so young ;)

This is 15 year old Sophie Proctor :)
Unfortunatly she is ijured at the moment but will be playing in the nationals in 3 weeks time Good Luck Shopie :D
btw she reached the top 16 in her age group in the Orange bowl championships which is not bad at all :D

Sophie has moved from Leeds Acadamy to Queens to continue her training
She was not very happy with the coaching at Leeds
That is the problem in this country expesialy for the Girls
As for events I am sorry I don,t know but If I do find out I will let you know

Who is she being coached by in Leeds?

I don,t know who was coaching her at Leads or now at Queens
My friend told me that her new coach was only 25 years old and has had not much experience
The LTA will not provide decent coaches that is why Britain has no women in the top 100 , they treat the women as second class

Yeah it's normal. She's not really ranked high enough to have a profile pic just yet.
