She has replaced Monica Seles in the main forums since she had the most posts, and Monica seems to be retiring... Go Maria K!uk1

I support Maria Kirilenko too...

I'm sure she hasn't reached her maximum level....
and I really wish that she can do it soon...

She is hot, and she must be one of the best...

Pierre if you need a leader for the Nicole Vaidisova section I am ready, I have known her for 3 years and she plays in my home town. I think she is a very sweet kid with lots of good attitude.

I think Maria needs to be steady during the whole game...
sometimes she starts playing very well... she has the control...
and suddenly she goes down and loses the game...
At times she starts in a very bad way and it's impossible for her to recover...
so It's just about being focused on the game...
that's what I think...
Even when she defeats an important opponent, the next game with an easier rival, she loses....
so it's clear she loses concentration...

she has defeated important players... so it's not a fantasy she can improve her level...

Well if Nicole has the most posts at the end of November she should get her own forum:)

I agree, i also think she needs to step into the ball a lot more, to avoid getting pushed around on the court

Maria also played far too many events last year. She continued to play while injured, and this did not help her at all.

I hope she plays a shorter schedule next year, and that she is fully fit.

Good luck Maria!! Stay well and Win!!

Yeah, I also heard she was playing injured, why would she do that? She retired a few times during matches didn’t she?

She actually ended up playing more tours than she had scheduled. The only reason I can think of for this is Money, or the lack of it.

This was Maria's worse year for results for a full sched - 2006 Singles Record: 23-26

YTD Prize Money $437,467.

When you look at the travel expenses involved, plus her coach Nigel Sears fee, it wouldnt leave her with much.

I really hope for a great season ahead for her. She deserves it.
