Too close to Aus Open?

I don't get why they'd have a Tier 1 event starting right after the Australian Open?:confused:

I agree, for sure players who reach semis and final would drop out here because of exhaustion... seems like they could have had a week off.

Yeah it doesn't make much sense.

None of the Top Players who made it past the first round in the Aussie Open (Oy! Oy! Oy!) will play in the Toray Pan, they will all be too tired.

But it's a tier 1 event....
