Hey guys, ok so it's pretty much a done deal, I will be able to make slight modifications but overall, it's pretty much what I could get, I think it looks great, please give me comments, i will set it to the default design in a few days:

i've already asked for a few color changes, especially the links so that they are a bit darker and easier to see!
