July 16th 2008: More bad news as Lindsay announced she was also out of next week's tournament in Los Angeles!

July 14th 2008: Unfortunately, Lindsay was forced to withdraw from the Bank of the West Classic that started this week as she still suffers from her knee injury. “The Bank of the West has been one of my favorite tournaments to play throughout my career,” Davenport said in a statement. “Unfortunately, my knee has not healed sufficiently since Wimbledon to allow me to compete.”

July 13th 2008: Lindsay was back in action, she did not play singles, lost mixed doubles but won in mixed doubles, but the team still lost 21-20 to Sacramento...

July 11th 2008: Lindsay was back in action playing World Team Tennis with the Newport Beach Country Club! She played doubles and mixed doubles, won one and lost the other in a 19-15 win against Springfield.

June 26th 2008: Lindsay finally had to quit before her 2nd round match in Wimbledon... “I felt like I was about 25, maybe 30 percent,” she said. “In a first-, second-round match, it’s just not good enough. It’s not going to get better the more I play on it.”

June 24th 2008: Good news as Lindsay won her match today in the Wimbledon as she defeated Czeck Republic's Renata Voracova with a 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 win, she will now face Gisela Dulko.

June 17th 2008: Lindsay was supposed to play this week in Eastbourne but suffered a knee injury during the weekend and had to withdraw, she is still hoping to play Wimbledon next week.. “I am very disappointed to be unable to compete here but I unfortunately injured my right knee in practice over the weekend and was unable to recover in time for today’s match,” Davenport said in a brief statement released by Eastbourne organizers. “I look forward to it getting better and resting and, of course, being able to play next week at Wimbledon.”

May 19th 2008: Lindsay announced she would not be playing the French Open after all...

May 3rd 2008: Lindsay was in action in her 2nd match in Warsaw but she was defeated by Svetlana Kuznetsova 6-4, 6-4...

May 1st 2008: Lindsay was in action today playing an exhibition match in Warsaw, she lost to Maria Kirilenko 6-3, 7-6:(

April 14th 2008: Lindsay was unfortunately forced to withdraw  from the tournament in Amelia Island because of an injury..:(

April 12th 2008: Good news as Lindsay won her match today in the Amelia Island as she defeated Agnes Szavay with a 6-4, 7-6 win, she will now face Maria Sharapova.

April 11th 2008: Good news as Lindsay won her match today in the Amelia Island as she defeated Karolina Sprem with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 win, she will now face Agnes Szavay.
