March 26th 2005: Maria's tournament ended, she did take Amelie Mauresmo to 3 sets but eventually lost 4-6, 6-4, 6-1:(

March 24th 2005: Now playing the Nasdaq Open, Maria won her opening match against Anna Chakvetadze, she'll face Amelie Mauresmo next!

March 15th 2005: Maria's tournament unfortunately ended today in Indian Wells as she lost 7-5, 6-3 against Conchita Martinez:(

March 13th 2005: Maria continues to do well, today she defeated Annabelle Medina-Guarrigues 6-4, 6-4 and in the fourth round she'll face Spaniard Conchita Martinez:)

March 11th 2005: Wow, a big win today for Maria in Indian Wells as she defeated world #14 player Elena Bovina 6-3, 6-1!!! In the third round, she'll face Annabelle Medina-Guarrigues:)

March 9th 2005: Another nice win today for Maria:) She defeated Tatiana Perebeynis 6-1, 6-0!!! She'll now face #8 seed Elena Bovina!:)

March 8th 2005: Strange, strange... After all, it wasn't Maria Kirilenko who withdrew but her opponent... Much better! But still strange since I had actually called to make sure, and they had told me Maria had withdrew. Anyway, today, she won her second round match against Kelly McCain.

March 7th 2005: Unfortunately, Maria's tournament in Indian Well ended today as she had to stop while leading 4-0 in the third set against Tina Pisnik because of an injury:(
